DSWD Asec. Lorraine Badoy Joins Mocha Uson In Malacañang Palace As PCOO Usec.
Another Duterte defender DSWD Assistance secretary Lorraine Badoy will join Mocha Uson in Malacañang Palace as PCOO Undersecretary.
DSWD officer in charge Emmanuel Leyco said that Assistant Secretary Lorraine Badoy will leave the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to be the undersecretary of the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO).
Badoy informed Leyco regarding her move to the PCOO to join Mocha Uson, also one of the staunch supporters of President Rodrigo Duterte. The former DSWD Usec. is now in the process of turning over her position until the end of October.
Leyco also expressed his gratefulness towards Badoy for her contributions and believes that she can perform well on her new responsibilities.
“I thank Asec. Badoy for her contributions to DSWD and I am confident that she will be able to bring her effectiveness as a communicator to her new assignment as Usec at PCOO,” said by Leyco quoted by Inquirer.
PCOO Secretary Martin Andanar said that he would wait for President Duterte to confirm the appointment of Badoy to her new assignment.
Badoy was known as one of President Duterte’s defenders after attacking his bashers in the social media.
