Marco Gumabao is not attending the Star Magic Ball.
MARCO GUMABAO – The young Kapamilya actor Marco Gumabao claimed that he is not going to the Star Magic ball because of this surprising reason.
Truly, the Star Magic Ball is one of the biggest and the most star-studded event that the people are waiting and watching out for.
It is where your favorite and the brightest Kapamilya stars are gathered together in one event which rarely happens.
Another year of glamour and perfection.
However, there is this one young actor who claimed that he s not attending the said grand and prestigious ball and that is Marco Gumabao.
According to a report from the Philippine Entertainment Portal (Pep), Marco said that he had actually received an invitation but then it has been revoked or lifted the reason why he cannot go to the ball.
He said, “Invited dapat ako sa Star Magic Ball. Ewan ko, the day after nung interviews at contract signing sa Viva Artists Agency, binawi yung invitation ko. Sabi noon nung handler ko sa Star Magic, ‘O sige, kahit Viva ka na, invited ka pa rin.’ The next day, binawi. Baka may nabasa sila.”
But then, the young actor understands it although he is a bit shocked with his invitation being canceled.
Marco further noted, “Nag-transfer ako from Star Magic kasi, feeling ko, baka mas ma-push. Hindi ko sinasabi na hindi kayang ibigay yun ng Star Magic, pero ang hirap kasi, ang dami naming lalaki doon. Unang-una, nandiyan si DJ [Daniel Padilla], Enrique Gil, silang dalawa.”
Also, he added on the list is the stars of whom are former housemates from the Pinoy Big Brother.
“So, ang hirap na kahit kaya mo nang ipakita, in terms of acting, kung hindi pa talaga nila mabibigyan, mahirap talaga. Hindi na ako bumabata, patanda na ako nang patanda, so I want to strike while the iron is hot. I’d been with Star Magic for four years and, I think, puwede na akong mag-try ng iba.”
