5 Special Holidays This September 2017 Declared by Malacañang Palace
Malacañang Palace has declared 5 special holidays this September 2017 in selected areas for the celebration of local events.
Most Filipinos love holidays wherein there are no cl(–foul word(s) removed–) or work in some specific dates in the calendar. Holidays were usually acknowledged to give way for the celebration of some local events.
Recently, President Rodrigo Duterte proclaims local holidays through Secretary Salvador C. Medialdea. There are 5 specific dates for the month of September 2017 where cl(–foul word(s) removed–) and works in selected areas in suspended.
The proclamation numbers 295 301, 305-309 has been declared as a special non-working holiday in areas including San Rafael Bulacan; San Mateo, Rizal; Malvar, Batangas; Lobo, Batangas; Bansalan, Davao del Sur; Dingras, Ilocos Norte; Tacurong, and Sultan Kudarat.
September 18, 20, 21, 27, and 29 are the specific dates where the cl(–foul word(s) removed–) and works were suspended in the areas mentioned above.
September 18 (Monday) – Celebration of 17th Cityhood anniversary and the Takakudong Festival 2017 in the City of Tacurong based on Proclamation No. 305. It is also the 65th Foundation Day of Bansalan City in Davao del Sur as stated in Proclamation No. 295.
September 20 (Wednesday) – Commemoration of the birth anniversary of Josefa LLanes Escoda, Worl War II heroine and the founder of Girl Scouts of the Philippine in the Municipality of Dingras, Ilocos Norte based on Proclamation No. 301.
September 21 (Thursday) – Celebration of the 446th Foundation Day of the Municipality of San Mateo, Rizal as stated in Proclamation No. 307.
September 27 (Wednesday) – Celebration of 146th Founding Anniversary in the Municipality of Lobo, Batangas as written on Proclamation No. 309. It is also the Commemoration of the 152nd birth anniversary of General Miguel Malvar in Malvar City, Batangas based on Proclamation No. 308.
September 29 (Friday) – Celebration of the 267th Foundation Day of the Municipality of San Rafael, Bulacan as stated in Proclamation No. September 29.
