Saab Magalona Reacts to Duterte Supporters’ Insults and Threats

Saab Magalona, the daughter of late Master Rapper Francis Magalona has reacted to the insults and threats thrown at her by the supporters of President Rodrigo Duterte on social media.

On the microblogging site, Twitter, furious Saab Magalona divulge her message to supporters of Duterte.

“Duterte supporters can send me insults, death threats, rape wishes all they want. More reason for me to call this admin gross,” she twitted.

“You will not silence me,” she stressed.

The celebrity blogger was first criticized after she tweeted against the current administration over the death of teens due to the anti-drug campaign.

The sister of Maxene Magalona has been fond of answering back her detractors.

She even dubbed the remarks of the president regarding the killing of drug addicts in a previous speech as “kadiri.”

This prodded the supporters of Duterte to lambast Saab, with some sending her a message of threat and insult via social media.

While some supporters are criticizing Saab, others came out to defend her.

According to PEP.ph, Saab Magalona is one of the celebrities who has criticized the Duterte administration over its campaign on anti-illegal drugs which has resulted in multiple killings including teens.

Aside from Saab, other stars who have been vocal at criticizing Duterte are entertainment TV host Bianca Gonzalez, newscasters Atom Araullo at Karen Davila, at entertainer/activist Jim Paredes.
