Kapuso comedian Joey de Leon has reacted on It’s Showtime host and comedian Vice Ganda’s joke over the slogan of GMA-7.
Joey de Leon earlier went to the micro-blogging site, Twitter wherein he indirectly addressed his reaction to Vice Ganda’s remark.
In his tweet, he used a different interpretation regarding the former tagline of GMA Network.
“We don’t care where we belong. Ang iniintindi namin ay TO BE LONG! Or TO BE THE LONGEST!” the veteran comedian TV-host noted.

Accompanying the post of Joey de Leon is a picture of him wearing Eat Bulaga! T-shirt with number 39, to depict the years the noontime show has been airing on television.
Michael V., on the other hand, commented in the said tweet noting; “Sabi nga ng millenials… TOMOOO!”

According to PEP.ph, Eat Bulaga started airing on television via RPN-9 in July 1979.
After two decades, it was transferred to ABS-CBN wherein it aired for at least six years.
In 1995, Eat Bulaga aired on GMA Network and still entertaining Filipinos as the country’s longest running noontime show.
It can be recalled that Vice Ganda made a buzz online earlier over his joke about Kapuso Network’s slogan.
During “Miss Q & A” segment of It’s Showtime, Vice Ganda poked fun at a contestant, asking her: “If GMA is where you belong, bakit sila nagsisilipat?”
The 41-year-old Kapamilya comedian was referring to Kapuso stars transferring to ABS-CBN.
Vice Ganda’s joke generated mixed reactions from the netizens and celebrities.
Among who reacted was comedian Michael V., also known as Bitoy, who believe Vice Ganda has no intention to offend or hurt others.
GMA executive Lilybeth Rasonable for her part said “Napakaliit ng industriya, may aalis, may dadating, ganun din naman sa… may papalitan, may papalit.”
