A cop involved in the killing of Kian Loyd claimed it’s Kian being dragged on CCTV and not the informant.
One of the police officers involved in the controversial case of death of Kian Loyd Delos Santos claimed something based upon the recorded on CCTV.
According to the report of the Manila Standard, one of the cops involved in the case admitted that it was really Kian that they were dragging based on the record of the CCTV and not the informant.
The claims were revealed after the PNP Chief Ronald Dela Rosa ordered to relieve Northern Police District chief Chief Supt. Roberto Fajardo, the one who indicated that Kian had been selling 10 grams of methamphetamine in a day.
PNP Internal Affairs Service Inspector General Alfegar Triambulo then said that “administrative charges are being prepared against the policemen involved in Delos Santos’ case after the IAS found lapses that led to the killing of the Grade 11 student in Caloocan City on August 16.”
However, earlier, drug suspect Renato Loberas claimed that the boy being dragged on the video was not Kian but was dismissed then by the admission of the cop who was involved.
Triambulo said, “For now, what we see from the testimony and video footage, apparently there were lapses… and irregularity in the performance of their duty.”
“Our investigation is not yet over because we have yet to see the SOCO report,” he added.
The SOCO report will be compared to other pieces of evidence.
Then an initial report will be passed to Dela Rosa with the recommendation of the charges to be filed.
On a previous report, three cops have been named and at such are: Police Officer 3 Arnel Oares and Police Officers 1 Jeremias Pereda and Jerwin Cruz.

Well if its not kian on the cctv the SOCO team should reinvistigate the Murder case that happens in that earlier location that seen on the cctv camera.
