Kian Loyd Delos Santos’ Slain Receives A Lot Of Reactions From Pinoy Celebrities

Here are the reactions of Pinoy celebrities over the death of Kian Loyd Delos Santos.

Kian Loyd Delos Santos’ death gains nationwide grief and local celebrities took their stand upon it and releases their reaction.

The death of the young boy, Kian Loyd Delos Santos, has indeed dominated the headlines of the news may it be online or not.

According to a previous report, it was when the Caloocan police administered Oplan Galugad when they were able to capture Kian who allegedly fought back to them.

The report submitted by the police indicated that when Kian missed a gunfire unto them an officer “returned fire… hitting the suspect on his body that resulted in his instantaneous death.”

However, the copy of the CCTV camera which showed the incident and the testimonies of the witnesses told otherwise.

And now, here are the different reactions of the local celebrities upon the said controversial incident:

In a report from the Philippine Entertainment Portal (Pep), the Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes stated, “While I believe that the drug problem is really a menace to our society, it should not be fought at the expense of lives. Any life—a policeman’s life, a bystander’s life—anyone, especially a young person’s life. Kian was 17 years old. Based on our studies in the National Youth Commission, he belonged to the child youth bracket, the one we considered the most vulnerable. He could be the next bet policeman of his city. Or president of the country. But he was not given the chance anymore to do so. I would want to believe that this incident, right now, we all agree on one thing — that it is wrong.”

On the Twitter account of Enchong Dee he posted as he retweeted a report about Kian, he wrote, “Yet his trust rating… nevermind… this has to end.”

In the account of Tony Labrusca on Twitter as well, he shared a post that told, “Are you kidding me?! Justice needs to be served. The Police are supposed to keep us safe, yet many of them are out there doing the killing.”
