Jerry Lewis Peacefully Died At the Age Of 91
The legendary comedian Jerry Lewis has already passed away at the age of 91 at his home in Las Vegas on Sunday (August 20, 2017).
Jerry Lewis is an American actor, comedian, film producer, film director, screenwriter, singer, and humanitarian. Lewis has been already featured in countless TV shows, movie projects, radio, and stage performance.
The 91-year-old comedian has started his career as a celebrity in 1946 together with Dean Martine as his partner in the hit popular comedy duo Martin and Lewis. He has been also known for his slapstick humor.
On Sunday, the comedy legend Jerry Lewis has peacefully died at his residence in Las Vegas and he was surrounded by his friends, relatives, and loved ones.
Lewis becomes more popular after playing his role in the movies such as “The Nutty Professor,” “The Bellboy,” and “The Patsy.”
Aside from being a good comedian, Lewis was also active in helping the people diagnosed with the muscular dystrophy disease, which usually victimized children. The 91-year-old comedian becomes the national chairman and spokesman of Muscular Dystrophy Associal up to the year 2011 and was able to raise $2.6 billion donations in a half-century.
