Being fit may be great but staying fit is already a choice.

The people of the world today due to the total domination of technology settles themselves to fast cooked foods which are surely a big NO to our health.

But then again, the demand of each other’s responsibilities left them with no choice but to settle on something that would be convenient enough for them to save their time, money, and effort.

But then again, there are still people who managed to stay fit despite the busy schedule for it was all just a matter of time management.

And recently, a woman from China shook the social media for despite those creases and folds she had on her physical body she was still able to nail certain workout routines that in the most probability of, woman half of her age cannot do.

She is already 85 years old and her joints and bones are still movable just like that of a person on the age of 16.

The video depicted the old woman where she can still run, climb the trees without letting go, do some curl ups and even kicked as high as her height and be still on a leg up while standing.
