October 2017 NAPOLCOM Online Application (OLEASS) Now Available for PNP Entrance

The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) announced earlier that the Online Exam Application Scheduling System (OLEASS) for the PNP Entrance is now available.

The online application for PNP entrance will be available from 12:00 noon on August 1-4, 2017.

Here’s the complete schedule of PNP OLEASS:

The Philippine National Police (PNP) entrance exam will be administered by the commission on Sunday, October 22, 2017, at various testing centers nationwide.

The October 2017 NAPOLCOM examination comes on a First-Come-First-Serve basis.

WHO MAY APPLY?

For civilians:
-Minimum height of 1.62 meters for male
-Minimum height of 1.57 meters for female.
-Must not be less than 21 years old and not more than 30 years old
-With Bachelor’s degree

For members of indigenous communities:
-Minimum height of 1.52 meters for male
-Minimum height of 1.45 meters for female
-Must submit a Certificate of Tribal membership issued by the NCIP, OMA, NCMF or a height waiver issued by NAPOLCOM.

Here’s the step-by-step process for filing an application in PNP entrance exam.

1. Visit the official website of NAPOLCOM (www.napolcom.gov.ph), click the Online Examination Application and Scheduling System (www.napolcom-oleass.com).

2. Fill out the fields which indicate your (Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, Home Address, Cellphone Number and Email Address) including the mandatory fields [Gender, Height, Age, Birth date and Course completed].

4. The applicant shall submit, confirm and print the generated confirmation letter with the reference number.

5. The aforementioned requirements must be submitted along with other requirements at designated Regional Office on the scheduled appointment date.

REQUIREMENTS FOR FILING OF APPLICATION

• • Printed copy of the online generated confirmation letter with reference number
  • Duly accomplished form (NAPOLCOM Form 1-A)
  • Index card (courtesy of NAPOLCOM)
  • 2 recent 1×1 ID photo with white background and name tag
  • One legal size window envelope with mailing stamp.
  • Diploma and Transcript of Records (TOR) with Special Order (SO) issued by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
  • PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate
  • For PO1 with temporary appointment, a certified true copy of the attested appointment, Plantilla Appointment or Special Order.
  • Police Examination Fee of 400 Pesos

Note: Notice of Admission (NOA) will be issued to the applicant upon completion of filing for examination.
