Ombudsman to file case against former president Noynoy Aquino.
The Ombudsman ordered to file a case against previous Philippine President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III.
Ombudsman is an official set to investigate the complaints of every individual against maladministration or violation of rights.
According  to a report from CNN Philippines, they ordered to file a case against the previous president of the Philippines, President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III, because of the still unresolved dilemma in the Mamasapano tragedy.
Mamasapano incident is a clash between the military and the extremists that unfortunately caused 44 Â deaths from the troops and the heroes who sacrificed their lives to save the country was called as the “Fallen 44”.
