Australian Boxer Jeff Horn Expects To Make Huge Amount Of Money Over Fight With Pacquiao
The Australian boxer Jeff Horn expects to make huge money of about seven figures on his upcoming fight against Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao.
The camp of the Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao expects that his fight would be a short and sweet victory over the undefeated Australian Horn. The two boxers will compete for the world welterweight title fight that will lead to Pacman’s dream rematch with Floyd Mayweather.
Pacquiao’s camp revealed of setting another showdown with the undefeated Mayweather if the Filipino boxer wins via knockout against Horn. Freddie Roach was looking for a knockout win in Brisbane in order Pacman can go to bigger and better things in the future.
Justin Fortune, Pacquiao’s Australian strength, and conditioning coach said that the 38-year-old Pinoy boxer who has a record of 59 wins, six losses, and two draws is one of the greats. While Horn who has 16 wins, 0 loss, and a draw is in a different league.
Fortune said that Pacman has already defeated popular boxers including, Oscar de la Hoya, Ricky Hatton, Shane Mosley, and Jesse Vargas. He also said that Horn’s match with the Filipino boxer would be his first time to fight in front of 50, 000 people, which is an advantage for Manny.
The 38-year-old Filipino boxer regained his welterweight world title belt after beating Vargas and he will make his first title defense against Horn. He also said that he is happy with all the preparations and hoping that he will go home as world champion.
Jeff Horn also hopes to give Pacman his seventh defeat, but he admitted that Manny will be the biggest mountain he had to face. He also cited the cautious movement of Pacquiao since his knockout against Marquez last 2012.
“Ever since that knockout loss against Juan Manuel Marquez, Manny doesn’t pull the trigger like he used to when he was on his big run of wins,” said by Horn quoted by Inquirer.
