Nadine Lustre’s Best Friend Speaks up About Hugging Photo With James Reid

Mika Tan, the best friend of Nadine Lustre and the girl in the hugging photo with James Reid went to social media to express her sentiment over her controversial photo with the latter.

On Instagram, she gave warning for those who are linking her to the Kapamilya star and heartthrob, who’s also the boyfriend of Nadine Lustre.

Here’s her statement on Instagram according to PEP.ph:

“The world has so many bigger issues right now, but I guess hugging friends gets a twisted meaning, too. Thinking there’s malice in ANY of that and making things up based on an IG post.. is delusional.

“If you want to waste your time and troll on me, go ahead. But getting my friends who I treat like my family involved.. I swear I’ll break your face.”

Earlier, Nadine Lustre went to the micro-blogging site, Twitter, wherein she made a series of striking statement against bashers linking her boyfriend James Reid to her “best friend.”

The photo was retrieved from the Instagram user whose handle name is @xx.cruella.xx, however, the account is private.

Nadine Lustre said that there’s nothing wrong if they hug each other. According to her, she’s also fond of hugging her friends.

While some are blasting the actress, others emerge to defend her from bashing and praised her for being brave enough to answer her bashers.

But there are some who reminded Nadine Lustre to ignore the online trolls.

Meanwhile, James Reid has yet to issue a statement regarding this online buzz.
