The pilot episode of top trending ABS-CBN primetime series, La Luna Sangre dominated on social media particularly on the micro-blogging site, Twitter.
On Twitter, #LaLunaSangreAngSimula clinched the number one spot of trending topics.
The first episode of La Luna Sangre introduced the character of young Tristan, young Malia and of course, Mateo (John Lloyd Cruz) and Lia (Angel Locsin).

Meanwhile, actress Angel Locsin went to the site to express her gratitude for making the pilot episode of La Luna Sangre trend on social media.
But Angel Locsin, who seems to be apologetic on the later part of her tweet took notice of the expletive which was not edited out in the episode.

Angel Locsin might have done that for the fear of being called by the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) over the episode.
La Luna Sangre is the third installment of the horror-action fantasy drama television series following “Lobo” starring Angel and Piolo Pascual in 2008 and Imortal starring Angel and John Lloyd Cruz in 2010.
It also stars with Kathryn Bernardo, Daniel Padilla, Richard Gutierrez directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina.
