The undefeated boxing champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. and mixed martial arts champion Conor McGregor both agreed to fight on August 2017.

On Wednesday (June 14, 2017), the two of the most popular athletes have agreed to crossover fight in the ring on August 26, 2017 in Las Vegas. The fight between Mayweather and McGregor is expected to be a mega fight, which will gross millions of dollars.

The 40-year-old Mayweather has a professional boxing record of unblemished 49 wins and 0 lose. While the boastful 28-year-old McGregor is a mixed martial arts fighter and a lightweight champion of Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).

Both McGregor and Mayweather had gone back and forth for almost a year about their possible encounter inside the ring. The two fighters also stated that they wanted to earn at least $100 million each for the mega fight.

The most anticipated match between the two fighters will be held at the T-Mobile Areana, according to UFC president Dana White also said that McGregor should weigh in at 154 pounds during the match.
