Reckless driving is also one of the primary causes of vehicle accidents at the road. Sometimes, lack of knowledge regarding the traffic rules and regulations also causes accidents aside from traffic jams.

A Facebook user named Isagani Paunon has uploaded a CCTV footage of a road accident between a sidecar motorcycle and a van. The video footage sparked online debate in the social media arguing who’s liable for the road accident at Molino Road, Arstriong Village in Brgy. Salawag, Dasmariñas Cavite.

In the video, it can be seen that several vehicles are passing through a road where CCTV is installed. After a few moments, a van was trying to perform a U-Turn but roughly occupying the opposite lane.
While the van was performing a U-Turn, a sidecar motorcycle carrying “Gasul Tanks” did not expect that the van will pass across his path. The van and the tricycle have a strong collision with each other.
Isagani, the driver of the sidecar motorcycle was also the one who uploaded the video and is asking for help in the social media.
