Breaking News! A motorboat overturned that killed five people but 44 were rescued.
MOTORBOAT – A motorboat capsized on Friday along the southern part of the Philippines killing five people but there were 44 who have been rescued.
According to the news report of the The Philippine Star, the coast guard said that the motorboat Alad Express 2 is said to travel across the waters of the Sibuyan Island to nearby Romblon Island.
While travelling, it was hit by a whirlwind which caused for it to overturn into the water.
On an initial report of the Coast Guard, there were reportedly 50 people who is on board on the boat but there was an update saying that there is one person who have to join the trip.
Earlier, 11 people was listed that went missing while latest report said that all have been accounted for.
