Vice Ganda gets stunned after an elderly audience mentioned PBA player Terrence Romeo on “It’s Showtime”.
In the most recent episode of the top-rating ABS-CBN noontime show, comedian, and host Vice Ganda told Zanjoe Marudo that “nagkakagulo ang puso ko,” whenever he sees him.
Vhong Navarro later came up with a live drama how the My Dear Heart star does the traditional, “pamamanhikan.”
“Dapat makilala mo na ang nanay ni Vice,” Vhong Navarro said before he went to the audience to look for someone who will act as the mother of Vice Ganda.
“Gusto kong ipakilala sa inyo ang kasintahan ni Vice,” Navarro said.
Zanjoe Marudo then approached the elderly woman and took her hand for “mano” as he paid respect to her.
“Boto po ba kayo kay Zanjoe?” Vhong Navarro told the woman.
“Zanjoe, huwag kang magagalit pero boto ako kay Terrence,” she replied.
Her statement stunned the audience, making Vie Ganda speechless upon hearing the name of the Globalport player who was linked to him over a budding romance.
Other hosts including Karylle, Billy Crawford and Anne Curtis were also shocked by the statement of the elderly woman.
Vhong Navarro then returned onstage, apologizing to Vice Ganda who squeezed the latter’s hand after getting pissed by the skit.

During Vice Ganda’s concert entitled “Pusuan Mo si Vice Ganda sa Araneta” last February 14, (Valentine’s Day), the 41-year-old comedian went emotional as he mention an unnamed basketball player, rumored as Terrence Romeo, while he delivers his speech during a spoken word poetry segment on his concert.
