Pops Fernandez or popularly known as “The Concert Queen” lied low in showbiz for a long time, but here she is now on her life after showbiz.
The Concert Queen was able to release a total of 18 albums including a collaboration with Martin Nievera. Pops and Martin got married and have 2 sons; Robin and Ram, but got annulled in the year 2000 for personal reasons.
Fernandez pursued her singing career and perform with some of the country’s finest singer such as Zsa Zsa Padilla and Regine Velasquez. She did let her marriage hinder her singing career and in fact, she was also dubbed as an in-demand artist, along with Ai-Ai Delas Alas and her ex-husband in 2012.
She also hosted a one-night all-star OPM icons concert Icons with Jim Paredes at MOA on June 16, 2016. She also becomes a host of PMPC Star Awards for Music and received numerous awards from the OPM veterans in the industry.
