The post has no caption but it was found out that the man was one of her followers named Martin Spiel.
Her photo with Martin was captured at the outside of the Richard Rodgers Theater in New York and it can be seen that the Hamilton is showing.
It was not the first time of Rachelle to post a picture with the foreigner. However, those other photos were taken as a group picture.
