China Might Invade Philippine Territorial Waters Due To This Reason
This video showing the abundance of the Philippines Sea when it comes to natural resources might become an another reason for China to invade the Philippine territorial waters.
The Philippines was also called as the “Pearl of the Orient Seas,” it is also very popular worldwide because of its abundance in natural resources. This riches of the environment were used by most Filipinos for their livelihood.
Our country naturally contains rich mineral deposits, fertile soil, arable lands, diverse flora, and fauna. It has also tropical rainforests, extensive coastlines, and dubbed as one of the world’s richest in marine resources.
Previously, China is claiming the Scarborough Shoal as their own, because of its rich fishing resources. Chinese Coast Guards were blocking Filipino fishermen from entering the disputed waters and claiming it as a part of their nine-dash line.
In July 2016, the Permanent Court of Arbitration declines the territorial claims of China and explained that they have no enough evidence to prove the nine-dash line. The Arbitral ruling also declared that Scarborough Shoal is a common fishing ground.
A Facebook user named Jaymark Ondin uploaded photos and video showing the abundance of Philippines Sea when it comes to marine resources. The video was taken from Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur.

Ondin has video recorded the actual scene of the local fisherman setting off the “Tulingan” or Tuna they have caught from fishing in the sea. The large numbers of those Tuna caught from the sea seem so unbelievable.
This scene only shows how rich is our country in fishing resources and might be another reason for China to invade the Philippine territorial waters again.
