“He already turned over his platinum ticket to my younger brother. He does not show he is sad, he said it’s okay, but we can feel that he really wanted to be there.”

But how Chris Martin was able to get to know about Ken?

Kheil wrote an open letter which he posted on Facebook asking the netizens to relay the simple request of his younger brother to the rock band.

“I am sending you this open letter to ask a little favor if the band could just say ‘hi’ or a short message for him to make him feel better,” he said in a post.

Many netizens were touched by his request. But he had no idea that Rhizza Pascua, the head of Music Management International and at the same time the organizer of the Coldplay concert saw his letter.

Later, Chris visited Ken in the hospital.

Ken thanked the singer through a small white board where he wrote the following: “I can’t thank you enough.” Ken was unable to talk due to his condition.
