A video of a disabled man on crutches punched and beaten by another man is currently making rounds online and is taking internet by storm.
The video which was first posted on Facebook page, President Rody Duterte-Federal Movement International has gained criticism and online interaction with some blasting the government employee who beat the disabled man

According to a certain Joseph Nepomuceno, he was punched and slapped on the face by Ryan Cezar Nepomuceno and based upon his statement he was even forced to admit something which he did not do.
But some netizen suggest to settle the issue pointing that they might be related with each other.
