CEBU CITY – The suspect in the road rage in Cebu City, David Lim Jr., posted a total of Php. 144,000 bail, Thursday.
Based on a recent report in SunStar Cebu, no sufficient proof has been found by Assistant Prosecutor Ma. Theresa Casiño to accuse Lim of frustrated murder.
From frustrated murder, the charges filed by the police authorities against the 28-year-old man has been reduced to frustrated homicide according to the report.
Moreover, it is stated in the report that it was Regional Trial Court Branch 5 Judge Ricky Jones Macabaya who signed the release order at around 3:00 o’clock this afternoon.
