Duterte Bloggers Slammed By A Popular Facebook Page Over Benham Rise Issues

A popular Facebook page which was known as “Pepeng Makabayan” slams the supporters and bloggers of President Rodrigo Duterte over Benham Rise Issues.

The social media page questioned the silence of Duterte’s supporters when it comes to the issue of Benham Rise and other territorial dispute issues. Mocha Uson and Sass Rogando Sasot were known as the solid supporters of our president.

Uson and Sasot were both solid supporters of Mr. Duterte, who were defending him from all the criticism thrown away by anti-Duterte people to our beloved president. But Pepeng Makabayan lambasted the two bloggers for their silence over territorial disputes.

Benham Rise Issues

The popular page explained that Mocha Uson page was criticizing Vice President Leni Robredo for her wrongful actions. It also questioned the silence of Uson to the Benham Rise issue, who has a TV program but don’t have any concerns over this issue.

Pepeng Makabayan also criticized Sass Sasot, Thinking Pinoy, Maharlika, and the professor of Antonietta for their silence over the territorial issues. The popular page said that Duterte’s supporters were blind, deaf, and mute on the China’s claims on Benham Rise.

It also said that those bloggers were always silent when it comes to these issues. Benham Rise is an island, which is officials and legally owned by the Philippine government. It also explained that country is suffering due to the alleged irresponsibility of the president by focusing on Leni’s action.

The page also said that the leader who truly love and concern to the country is willing to stand and fight for the sake of its people. Pepeng Makabayan also emphasized that a true leader is loyal to its people and country because the true Filipino truly care for its country, not in politics.
