Actor Sam Milby nearly robbed by three men in Paris.
Manila, Philippines – Kapamilya actor Sam Milby took to social media and shared he nearly got robbed by three men during his recent vacation in Paris, France.
The actor shared his shocking experience last February 28, on his Twitter account. The actor wrote in his tweets that he was about to take the train to his apartment when three thugs tried to rob him.
“Landed & took the train to the apartment… Then 3 men tried to rob me at the station. Not the best way to start my first time here in Paris.” He wrote.
He also shared that he almost lost his passport after the robbers took it, thinking it was a wallet. Fortunately, the robbers gave it back upon realizing the mistake.
“Don’t worry, when the 3 guys figured it out it was my passport they gave it back and walk off,” he said.
According to the report of ABS-CBN news, Actor Sam Milby was on a vacation for the first time. He was alone in the city of love after his girlfriend Mari Jasmine was apparently in Morocco.
The post of the actor has caught the attention of the Pinoy online community.
Many of his fans expressed concerns over his safety and advised him to take care of himself the while he was on a solo vacation, especially in Paris where it is not safe to travel by train.
“Thats no new to Paris what I’ve red. Scammers and robbers are everywhere. Keep safe and be vigilant. Of course, enjoy!” a concerned netizen said.
Other social media users were relieved after knowing that the actor was not harmed by the robbers.
“Oh my god…I’m glad you’re safe now!What happened to the hold-uppers?! Are they in jail now?! I’ll pray for your safety!” a netizen said.
