Hairy Sea Creature was found in Dinagat Islands.

Dinagat Islands, Philippines –  Photos of an unidentified sea creature that was found along the coast of Cagdainao, Dinagat Islands has gone viral on social media.

A week after the powerful nighttime earthquake, with the magnitude of 6.5 that struck the southern Philippines, a number of unusual deep-sea creatures have been caught by local fishermen.

The photos of these deep sea creatures have caught the attention of the netizens.

It sparked a lot of speculation towards these giant creatures that have been on the rise the since the Surigao City was hit by the powerful earthquake.

Many believed that the sightings of these giant creatures are signs of a warning.

First, giant oarfishes were seen on the shore that has sparked debates on the internet, as some of the netizens claimed that the deep sea creature can predict a disaster.

The first giant oarfish was caught in Carmen, Agusan del Norte. Then, another was caught in Barangay Gusa, Cagayan de Oro.

The discovery also sparked discussion on the online world.

Another deep-sea creature has caught the attention of the netizens. February 22, 2017, an unidentified sea creature was found along the coast of Cagdainao, Dinagat Islands.

The strange photos of the hairy creature immediately became the hot trend topic on the social media.

Many netizens were frightened because of its extraordinary appearance. And it also worried many people as it followed the numerous sightings of the unusual deep sea creatures which believed to be signs of an approaching disaster.

Netizens were quick to give their reactions in the viral video. Other social media users said that the deep sea creatures are connected with the disaster that happened in the country.  Because these living the sea bottom are more sensitive to the movements of the active faults that those near of the sea.

The photos were posted by a certain Facebook user named Marjorie Cabatingan Aboy on Wednesday, February 17 at 6 pm.

According to the Facebook post of Aboy, the creature was found in Mindanao Dinagat Island Surigao.

Based on the comments of the netizens, the creature is a carcass of a dead whale. However, since there is not enough proof to identify the strange creature, some of the netizens argued that it is a globster.

According to Wikipedia, Globsters are an unidentified organic mass that washes up on the shoreline of an ocean or other body of water.
