Gas station owner adopted a friendly dog named Negao that was abandoned by his owner at the gas station and now its cutest full-time employee.
A friendly dog, named Negao (black in Brazilian) working as a full-time employee at a gasoline station in Brazil is making rounds on social media.
Dr Chris Brown, a well-known veterinarian, and TV host, shared three photos of the lovable gas station employee. The photos caught the attention of the netizens on the social media and went viral.
According to The Dodo, two years ago, Sabrina Plannerer and her partner purchased a gas station in the town of Mogi das Cruzes, Brazil. They found the dog roaming around the site, abandoned by its former owner and was too frightened to leave.
So plannerer decided right away to adopt the dog.
“We adopt him immediately and got him all the care animals need,” Plannerer tells The Dodo.
“We took him to the vet to get vaccinated and de-wormed. We bought him food, a dog house, and a leash to take him on walks” she added.
When the gas station finally opened, Negao got the job as a full-time employee. He works as a customer greeter while wearing his ID to prove it.
The friendly dog has proven that he is good in providing world-class customer service.
“Negao waits for people to arrive and then goes up to say hello, winning them over his charms,” Plannerer says.
“Customers love him. Some people even bring him toys.” she added.
Negao is now happy with his new-found home and in his job. In fact, an employee badge to prove it.
And he does it with a smile.
