Another Dead Oarfish Found, Do You Believe It Is A Sign Another Upcoming Calamity?

Another dead oarfish was found in Agusan Del Norte, is it a sign or indication that another calamity will come to the place?

Another 12-foot dead oarfish was found in the coastal area of Brgy. Rosales in Carmen City, Agusan Del Norte. It is the sixth oarfish found since January. The appearance of oarfish can be a sign of upcoming natural calamity such as an earthquake.

Oarfish is sea creature living in a deep water and can be rarely spotted in shallow waters. The deep-sea creatures living more than 1,000 ft. under the sea are very sensitive when it comes to fault movements and nature activities. They were living in the deep waters so they can easily detect any ground movement.

Last Wednesday (February 08, 2017), a 10-foot long dead oarfish was also found on the shore of Agusan Del Norte. On Friday (February 10, 2017), 2 days after the dead oarfish was found Surigao Del Norte was struck by a strong earthquake, which takes the lives of at least 8 people.

Kiyoshi Wadatsumi, a seismologist said in a stated in Japan Times that deep-sea creatures were sensitive to any irregular movements in the sea ground. There are some people believes that appearance of oarfish in shallow waters are indications of an incoming earthquake or other calamities.

The dead oarfish were found floating in the sea together with leaves. The deep-sea creature was immediately buried by the people near the sea.
