Truth be told that the expectations for Maxine Medina is high as the former Miss Universe queen is a Filipina and the most prestigious pageant was held in her home country. That’s why the Pinay beauty queen has a large shoe to fill.
Even with the help of an interpreter during the question and answer portion of Miss Universe, Philippines failed to achieve a back to back win for her country.

ViralNow Facebook page posted a video showing a Pinoy who tried to be the interpreter of Miss Philippines Maxine Medina during the question and answer portion of the pageant.
He can be seen on the video heartbroken after he translated the question to Maxine, but the Philippines bet has decided to provide an answer in English.
The guy became emotional and blame Maxine for using English by saying, “Bakit ka nag English Maxine? Ano ako para sayo? Andito ako para intindihin ka, pero anung ginawa mo? Tinangihan mo ang tulong ko, he said.
“Mas masakit pa pala ang nararamdaman ko kaysa sa naramdaman mo sa mga bashers mo. Alam mo kung ano ang mas masakit? Kasi isa ka lang, pero masakit palang mareject…Kasi ikaw anng mundo ko!” he added.
The parody video caught the attention of the Pinoy online community. In fact, the video gained thousands of views after it has been shared on the social media.
The video earned miss reactions from netizens.
