President Duterte was once dubbed as “The Punisher” by Time magazine, is known for his campaign of fighting crime and drugs in the Philippines. Despite his profanity and repeated calls to violence, he is the country’s most popular leader.

It should not be surprising that he can be seen in some of the international headlines and has also been parodied by many comedians locally or internationally.

In a report of Kami, a Taiwanese comedian made a parody of President Duterte’s Christmas message that has now circulated on social media. The comedian can be seen on the video trying to copy the gestures and the way the President talk in front of the camera.

In the original clip, Duterte was talking about his Christmas message for the criminals.

“You know, I’m still human, so allow me to make a greeting; Merry Christmas to you thieves, corrupt official, and all those who continue to make life hard for the Filipinos,” Duterte said.

“So, If you don’t cease and still continue your brutality, this will be your last Merry Christmas,” he added.

He can also be seen in the video wearing the kind of Duterte wears. The comedian then went to the center of the city to meet up with his Filipino people. But he failed on his trip because he found a group Indonesian instead.
