Miss Universe 2017, Iris Mittenaere Promised To Come Back To Philippines
Iris Mittenaere, the newly crowned Miss Universe 2017 has vowed to come back in the country after visiting few places in the Philippines.
The new Miss Universe 2017 stayed in the county after the coronation day. She stayed in the country for few days to visit few places. Iris promised to come back in the Philippines before boarding Philippine Airlines flight PR126, the official carrier of Miss Universe.
Miss France becomes sentimental while she was preparing to leave the Philippines based on her photo on her Instagram account while waiting at the airport. On Wednesday (February 02, 2017), the new Miss Universe met the French Ambassador Thierry Mathou at the Conrad Hotel in Pasay City.
Instead of leaving the country after the international beauty contest, Miss Germany Johanna Acs also choose to stay in the Philippines for a while. Acs also posted her photo on a hammock, wearing her bikini and enjoying the beach in Puerto Princesa.
Miss Germany’s post on her Instagram account said that she loves the Philippines and she was too excited to discover more beautiful sceneries in the country together with her family. Her post garnered a lot of comments from netizens and answer her question on how to get to El Nido.

The French ambassador confirmed that the French beauty would like to return to the Philippines. Aside from being an international beauty queen, the 24-year-old Mittenaere is also a dental surgeon.
Miss Universe organization also prohibit Mittenaere to answer questions from media. Matthou also said that he is only a proxy and the new Miss Universe was the real ambassador. The French ambassador also said that Mittenaere was very excited to perform her duty as Miss Universe 2017.
