Female inmate accuses police officer of sexual harassment.
ILOILO City – Police Officer 3 Miguel Jancilan in Mandurriao district is in hot water after a female inmate accused him of sexual harassment.

CCTV footage shows that a Police officer allegedly takes advantage to a female prisoner inside the police station.
According to the Facebook post of Rmn Iloilo, the shocking incident happened in Manduriao, Iloilo City.
The police officer in the video was identified as Police Officer 3 Miguel Jancilan of Mandurriao District.
He was accused of sexual harassment after he allegedly touched the private parts of the 19-year-old female inmate inside the Police station.
In a report Panay news, the complainant was detained at the police station for alleged shop lifting. She was accused of stealing worth P20,000 of clothes from a mall.
In an interview with her, she said that the police officer allegedly touched her private parts while she was inside the cell. She also revealed that the police officer touched her breasts around 2 am in the morning.
The CCTV footage of the incident shows that it was not clear if the harassment indeed happened.
Meanwhile, Jacilan superior, Chief Inspector Al Loren Bigay said that Jacilan denied the allegation and said he simply talked to the inmate and took her photos.
Bigay confirmed that they reviewed the video recordings but it was not clear that the police officer touched the private parts of the female inmate. He also said that they will conduct an investigation to know the truth behind the allegations.
