65th Miss Universe 2016 Preliminary Show: Swimsuit Competition.
All Miss Universe 2016 candidates walked down the Mall of Asia Arena stage for the swimsuit competition of the preliminary show.
All eyes were on 86 beauty queens as they walked the stage and showcases their beautiful body during the swimsuit presentation for the preliminary competition of the Miss Universe 2016 pageant.
The preliminary competition is made up of the swimsuit competition and evening gown competition.
The Miss Universe judges will be scoring the ladies at the preliminaries, and those with the highest scores will automatically make it to the Top 12 on coronation night.
According to the report, the scores of the candidates for the swimsuit competition will be added up with their scores from the evening gown competition and closed-door interviews.
The 12 Candidates with the highest scores will move on to the finals on January 29 at the Mall of Asia Arena.
The event was judged by Dayanara Torres, Cynthia Bailey, Rob Goldstone, Fred Nelson, Francine LeFrak, and Riyo Mori.

The Preliminary Competition is that pivotal moment where the candidates should not waste their time to give all their best to impress the judges. All are doing their best and everything to make it into the Top 12.
All the scores from the preliminary competition and along with an interview portion will help to determine the Top 12 candidates in the Miss Universe coronation event to be held at 8 a.m. on January 30, also at the Mall of Asia Arena.
The 65th Miss Universe 2016 coronation event will be held at the Mall of Asia Arena, 8 a.m. on January 30, 2017.
