The Philippine Vice President Leni Robredo caught the attention of the online community and became the center of the controversy in the country.
She became the hot trend topic over the social media after she was questioned by netizens based on the sincerity of her actions.
It started when a photo of her waiting for a bus back to her hometown went viral on Facebook.
Netizens reacted on her photo after Atty. Bruce V. Rivera exposed it as a fraud. Rivera took to social media and raised a query if there are automobiles stopping on the location.
The post of Rivera circulated abruptly on the social media, as netizens were quick to expressed their response on the remark part of the post.
Since then, every photo of Robredo that were posted on the social media has put under intense scrutiny by wary netizens.

In a Facebook web page GetRealPhilippines.com, another Photo of the Vice President caught the attention of the netizens.
The Vice President can be seen on the photo wearing a pair of shoes worth $700 during her visit to the typhoon-struck victims. The photo showed that there is an arrow pointing to her pair of shoe questions if it’s a Salvatore Ferragamo.
The choice of footwear was also criticized since it can be seen that she needed to walk in a muddy road so a pair of boots would have been more appropriate.

In a recent report, the Vice President became the center of controversy again after Suzette Severo Doctolero of Encantadia reacts on the photograph of her strolling barefoot on social media.
Doctolero repost Antonio P. Contreras’s post on social media with the caption that reads:
“Tsk. Yun bang pr team ni Santa Leni ay the same pr team ni Mar Roxas? Dapat may mag advise sa VP na ayaw ng mga tao sa fake. Parang same ito ng mga nagbubuhat ng sibuyas, PR stunt ito, na mag paa. Ano ba?”
