Many netizens were outraged by the actions of the snatcher and to other passengers because they did not help to arrest the snatcher.

The incident happened in Soriano Ave. corner Gen. Maxilom Ave. exit in Cebu City.
Many netizens slammed the man for stealing the necklace of the passenger but some of them also criticized the person who was taking a video of the incident.
