Kerwin was presented by General Dela Rosa to the members of the press in a briefing at the Camp Crame, shortly upon his arrival to Manila on early Friday morning.
CAMP CRAME, Quezon City – The alleged bigtime drug lord in Eastern Visayas Rolan Espinosa Jr., widely-known as Kerwin, has arrived to Manila from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates early Friday morning and vowed to tell everything he knows about the drug trade in the country.
Espinosa is under the custody of the Philippine National Police (PNP) at Camp Crame in Quezon City where he will be kept in isolation for his safety and security.
Shortly after his arrival, Kerwin was presented to the media by PNP Chief Director General Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa at the PNP headquarters, where the former said that he is willing to tell everything that he knows about the illegal drug trade in the country.
He also said that he is willing to name names of those who are involved in the elicit trade.
“Lahat po, lalabas (Everything will be exposed”, Kerwin told the reporters.
