Here is the reaction of several former Philippine presidents regarding the issue of Ferdinand Marcos burial at the Libingan ng mga Bayani.

Corazon Aquino, country’s president during the year 1986 to 1992 said that she would not allow Marcos to be buried in the Philippines for the safety of those who would take Marcos death passionately and widely, according to the 1989 New York times story.

Fidel V. Ramos, country’s president during the year 1992 to 1998 said that he will let the Filipino people, senators, and representatives now sitting in the congress.
