On his post, he described the stranger to be a middle-aged man, who looks, according to him, doesn’t have that much, while he was at a 711 branch last Thursday.

Madamba said that he heard that conversation of the two individuals and has been personally been inspired by it.

This is how the conversation went translated in English translation:

(No one has ever done this to me. Thank you.)

(That’s okay, but if you can, try to work as well..but for now – because you have nothing to eat, what do you want?Go, get some bread and other food you can eat for the next day. There, get three instant noodles.)

Beggar: Naku wag na po. Okay na po to.

(Oh, please don’t. This is enough.)

(Don’t worry, come, so you won’t be hungry…If you regain your strength, try what you can do even being a garbage collector, as long it’s noble…you must work as well.)

According to Madamba, the good Samaritan took time to talk with the beggar and even heard that the man doesn’t have a lot.

(I’m not rich but I have gained commission today, so don’t be shy.)

With emotion, Madamba said: “This is compassion. This is Christ’s compelling love on display.”

Madamba even said that what he witnessed opened his eyes and heart and ended his post saying that he is praying that everyone would have the “heart to really help and show care” just like how they have been helped and cared as well in life’s battles.

Such an inspiring story!
