Son of ‘Habal-habal Driver’ has brought home the pride to his family and for the region of Cotabato as he topped the recent Mechanical Engineering Board Examination.
Son of ‘Habal-habal driver’ caught the attention of the social media for making on the top list of Passers for September 2016 Mechanical Engineer Board Examination.
According to a report, the Mindanaoan graduate from Notre Dame University (NDU), a Catholic institution in Cotabato City, topped the licensure exam with a 90.15-percent grade.
He is Elso Umbao Elumbaring Jr. his name became the hot trend topic over the social media as the netizens found out that his father is a ‘hadal-habal driver’ in Pinaring, Sultan Kudarat, who worked hard so that Elso can go to college.
According to a report of The Summit Express, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Friday, October 7, the complete list of passers for September 2016 Mechanical Engineer (ME) board exam. Elso Umbao Elumbaring Jr. topped the licensure examination with a 90.15-percent grade.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 3,110 out of 4,470 passed the Mechanical Engineer Licensure Examination and 40 out of 68 passed the Certified Plant Mechanic Licensure Examination.
The successful examinees who garnered the ten (10) highest places (top 10) in the September 2016 Mechanical Engineer Licensure Examination are the following:
