One Way Traffic Scheme In Manila Will Be Extended
One way traffic scheme in Mania will be extended as Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista in Kamuning, Timog, and Roxas.
Mayor Herbert Bautista ordered his men’s to extend the one-way traffic scheme in places such as Kamuning, Timog, and Roxas. Directions have been given to the Department of Public Order and Safety also City Engineering department to build a one-way traffic plan to the barangay of Paligsahan, Sacred Heart, Roxas at Laging Handa.
Bautista has also ordered DPOS to study the re-routing of traffic in the 3rd district of the city. Particularly in barangays such as E. Rodriguez, Silangan, Socorro at San Roque. This traffic scheme goals to reduce the traffic in the city.
Also, it is an alternative to lessen the traffic congestion within the city. Two weeks deadline is the time span given by Quezon City mayor to the agencies to present their plans regarding the traffic scheme.
