James Yap revealed that he has gone tired of chasing Bimby, his son with the dubbed as “Queen of all Media”, Kris Aquino.
Basketball star James Yap admitted that he has gone tired of chasing his son with Kris Aquino, Bimby.
The 32-year-old Yap said, all his efforts to be with his son fall to nothing and it prompted him to give up to avoid having conflicts with his former wife, the Queen of all Media, Aquino.
According to James, he has been wanting to have a “father and son” bonding with Bimby although he is expecting another baby with his Italian girlfriend.
Bimby was named James Carlos Aquino Yap Jr. At birth but his family name was later changed by Kris to Aquino. While he was young, everybody called him “Baby James” but since he was growing old, Kris wanted her son nicked as Bimby.
Although he is lying low as of now, James said he will wait until Bimby grows in age and can already fully understand the whole situation.
He said he has plans to introduce the younger Aquino to his baby brother, Michael James.
“Ngayon ko lang sinabi na nag-give up na rin ako. Ipinagdadasal ko na lang na sana magkaroon ng time na makausap ko siya at maka-bonding ko rin kahit papa’no, at makita niya ang kapatid niya”, said the basketball star.
(It is only now that I have said I am giving up. I am just praying that we will have time to talk and we can bond and that he can meet his brother)
James is now making himself busy with his new baby.
James and his foreigner girlfriend are hands-on in taking care of their child and reiterates they do not have plans to hire a “yaya’ (Filipino slang for a nanny).
This coming December, Michael James will be Christened but they have not yet chosen the godfathers and godmothers.
