In an interview with ABS-CBN’s “Umagang kay Ganda,” Duterte-Carpio confirms that she already has set aside P1 million for information about the suspects and another P1 million for anyone who can “deliver” them to the city government.
This was after an explosion rocked the home city of the President Rodrigo Duterte, killing at least 15 people and injuring around 60 others.
