Foreigners Sing Anak In Acapella Version Goes Viral

Foreigners sing anak in acapella version from Hong Kong releases their own version of the song that was originally written and sing by Freddie Aguilar.

Freddie Aguilar recorded his original composition “Anak” in 1977 and released in 1978. This song was also the finalist for the inaugural in 1977 Metro pop Song Festival in Manila. “Anak” became an international hit both here in the Philippines and also abroad.

It was translated into 26 languages and it is covered by different artists in the country and also worldwide because of its popularity. The song is about, a story of a son/daughter that were loved and take care of parents. But because of the influence of the environment, the path of a child goes to the wrong direction until he/she repent what did the child do.
