Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte, Baron Geisler’s Drug Test Challenge Accepted?
Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte accepted – Davao City Mayor Paolo “Pulong” Duterte have ordered the councilors of the Sangguniang Panglungsod to have themselves undergo drug test starting next week.
In a report by GMA News, Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte said that the drug test must be done before the council proceeds to its session and also said that this initiative was in line with his father’s campaign against drugs.
Vice Mayor Paolo was the eldest son of Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte.
He said in the report that he is willing to submit to a drug test to disprove the allegations that he is involved in the illegal drugs trade in the country.
“Kailangan naman talaga ng drug test. So anytime na gusto ninyong makita, magpapa-drug test tayo,” he said as quoted in the report.
But, there are rumors surrounding online saying that the Vice Mayor action was in response of Baron Geisler’s challenge that the controversial actor has posted calling on the sons of President Duterte to undergo a drug test.

On the video that has gone viral over social media, Baron Geisler even presumably asked President Duterte to allow his sons to undergo drug test together with him.
“Your sons, Your son, sabay kami. Ngayon o bukas, pa-drug test. Gawin natin! (Your sons your son, us together. Now or tomorrow, undergo a drug test. Let’s do it!)
“What will you do kapag yun ang nangyari [kung] positive sya? (What would you do if that would happen, if he is positive?) What would you do? What will you do?,” he added.
Baron Geisler then posted photos showing a drug test kit claiming that he is negative on drugs.
