Nurses Salary Increase Pushes by Alliance of Health Workers
Nurses and other health workers salary increase pushes by alliance of health workers over Department of Budget Management (DBM). The urgent salary increase for all the health workers are presses towards by the Alliance of health workers.
The National Orthropedic Hospital Workers Union- Alliance of Health Workers said that the wage of nurses and other health employees in not urgent according to the statement of DBM Secretary Benjamin Diokno.
To earn a higher wages is the reason why health employees and nurses in our country choose to leave the Philippines and look for greener pasture according to the statement of the group.
“Working outside the country is a hard decision to separate temporarily to the family of the health employees. It is also painful for them to endure the hardships abroad just to sustain the needs of their families because of the small salary rage here in our country” the group said.
