Kotong Cop Soliciting Bribes From a Driver Caught in Act
A cop soliciting bribes from a certain car driver caught in the act. This cop is soliciting a certain amount of money from the driver for accusing for a violation.

The officer was asking the person who drives the car for the amount of P500 as an act of negotiation between the two of them. The driver was accused of doing some violation that was not mentioned in the video.
The cop said that the driver need to give him the requested amount if not they will have the negotiation in the City hall. The driver refused to pay the said amount saying he cannot afford the price for their negotiation.
The police said that P500 is only 50 percent of the total amount that the accused need to pay when they took the negotiation at the city hall. The total amount of the payment was P1, 000 in the City hall. Then the officer explained that if he will get 50 percent of the amount paid it is better that he will be the one to take the payment.
