Villar: ‘Change is indeed coming’

Las Piñas City’s former mayor, Mark Villar, expressed the changes that he will be embracing as Duterte’s appointee.

VILLAR – President Rodrigo Roa Duterte recently appointed the then mayor of Las Piñas City, Mark Villar, as secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways. With this, the new DPWH Secretary is on for the support of a government of change.

Mark Villar in one report in Inquirer expressed his respect and admiration to the Duterte Administration as he even said, “Change is indeed coming”.

With regards to the changes that he wants to implement in the Department of Public Works and Highways, a three-strike policy is one of his vows to the citizenry. It refers to the procurement of contracts.
