Pinoy Adobo has recently been given another version by a celebrity chef.

Pinoy Adobo is one peculiar dish that is a favorite of the majority of the Filipinos and truly a pride of the tan-skinned race.

Its delicious taste always brings a native scene into perfection especially when eaten in an open fields under a big tree and with the entire family – truly portraying the real Filipino ways.

The Pinoy Adobo is truly a pride of the Filipinos and an honor even more as one celebrity chef made our Adobo as her inspiration in coming up with another dish that establishes a connection between the dish of the Philippines to a Canadian dish.

Reported in Push, Anna Olson, a Canadian chef, shared her journey to the world of cooking, her adventure in the Philippines, and how she came up with a Pinoy Adobo-inspired Canadian dish.

She shared that her journey to becoming a chef was never a predetermined profession as she took banking first. The signs were just that she really loves food and as well as cooking. The celebrity chef also shared how she loved to bake with her grandmother.

Realizing her true love, she quit banking and three months after she started venturing the path to becoming a chef.

Anna Olson expressed her joy for her show Asian Food Channel which had really hooked a lot of food enthusiasts and currently she also has her new show.

Recently, she also went to the Philippines and the celebrity chef expressed that she wanted to know more about the country and the different foods in every region. Anna also said that she really had a great time in the country. She met with some local chefs for an episode of her show.

The celebrity chef also got to share about her beef stew – the Pinoy Adobo-inspired Canadian dish of her. What makes it a bit different from our Adobo is the presence of sweet potatoes in it as Anna said she used it in her dish.
