Anti-Drugs Campaign: Cleaning Ph Under Digong

Anti-Drugs Campaign is always one of the main focus of the new administration.

Anti-Drugs Campaign’s strong implementation is one of the newly elected President Rodrigo ‘Digong’ Duterte’s platform before he made a landslide victory in the 2016 presidential election.

Such move has always been appealing to the public considering the rampant trades and circulation of illegal drugs in the country and the increasing number of those citizens who are dependent to illegal drugs.

President Digong has always been brave in expressing how he treats drugs – he hates it according to him. In fact, another thing that made him a challenging president to have is that this gallant man pledged to eradicate the existence of  illegal drugs in the country in three to six months.

After finally taking the post last 30th of June, President Digong has started his strong implementation on Anti-Drugs Campaign.

News reports will prove that a lot of illegal drug users and pushers and even drug lords have surrendered their lives to the police authorities in the fear that they will lose it if they won’t as the President himself has already warned all the violators.

Last weekend, several lawmakers and government officials made a courtesy visit to the newly elected president.

The said meeting took place at After The Dark Bar, the President’s favorite hang-out place in his city, Davao.

Twelve congressmen, one senator, two governors, and one secretary were there to attend the said meeting which lasted for almost five hours.

Among those who came were Sen. Sonny Angara, Allan Peter Cayetano, Partylist Representative Sherwin Tugna, Marinduque Representative Allan Velasco, Bataan Governor Albert Garcia, and DPWH Secretary Mark Villar.

One of the main focus of the said meeting is the strong implementation of the Anti-Drugs Campaign. President Digong has opened up that he wanted hanging to be brought back in the country as punishment for those caught in-hooked with illegal drugs.
